As a Babymoon Travel Agent, you'll specialize in curating unforgettable travel experiences for expectant couples seeking a relaxing getaway before the arrival of their baby.
Get trained as a Travel Professional and assist clients in selecting destinations, accommodations, and activities tailored to their unique preferences and pregnancy needs. Your role is crucial in ensuring expecting parents enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating pre-baby vacation.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough consultations with expectant parents to understand their travel preferences, medical considerations, and budget constraints.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for destinations, taking into account factors such as climate, travel restrictions, and accessibility.
  • Design bespoke travel itineraries tailored to the needs and desires of expecting couples.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the itinerary prioritize safety, comfort, and relaxation for the expecting mother. Coordinate reservations for accommodations that offer pregnancy-friendly amenities such as prenatal spa treatments, maternity pillows, and nutritious dining options.
  • Work with hotels and resorts to ensure rooms are equipped with necessary facilities for expectant mothers. Assist with booking flights, transfers, and ground transportation arrangements that accommodate the comfort and safety of pregnant travelers.
  • Provide guidance on travel insurance options and relevant medical considerations for traveling during pregnancy. Offer advice on health and safety precautions for traveling during pregnancy, including necessary vaccinations, medical insurance coverage, and emergency medical care options at the destination.
  • Stay updated on travel advisories and alerts related to pregnancy and provide timely information to clients. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients before, during, and after their baby moon vacation.
  • Address any concerns or issues that arise during travel and collaborate with partners to resolve them promptly.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with expecting parents and address their specific needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring seamless travel arrangements and exceptional customer service.
  • Must have computer or can work from phone with Wi-Fi
  • Must be 18+, self-motivated, with an open mind and coachable
