Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and budgetary constraints.
- Provide personalized recommendations and advice to create bespoke road trip itineraries.
- Design detailed road trip itineraries, including routes, stops, attractions, accommodations, dining options, and activities.
- Ensure itineraries are well-balanced, considering travel time, leisure, and exploration.
- Stay updated on popular and off-the-beaten-path destinations, scenic routes, landmarks, events, and attractions. Offer expert guidance on the best places to visit and experiences to enjoy along the way.
- Coordinate reservations for accommodations, dining, and activities.
- Handle transportation arrangements, including rental vehicles and any necessary permits or passes.
- Ensure seamless logistics throughout the trip.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the trip, from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients in optimizing their travel budget while delivering exceptional experiences.
- Source cost-effective options for accommodations, activities, and transportation without compromising quality.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with road trips, such as inclement weather, road closures, or travel restrictions.
- Work with other travel specialists, vendors, and partners to enhance the quality and variety of road trip offerings. Foster positive relationships to secure exclusive deals and discounts for clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Wi-Fi computer and/or phone required
- Must be coachable and a minimum age of 18
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- No experience necessary. Full training provided.
