   Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel for youth sports teams (airfare, hotels, ground transportation, meals, etc)

• Communicate with coaches, parents, and event organizers to align on travel needs

• Manage group reservations and negotiate best rates with suppliers

• Create and manage travel itineraries with attention to detail and timing

• Be on-call during travel dates to handle changes or emergencies

• Track budgets and ensure compliance with team or organization guidelines

         Requirements:

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Comfortable working with tight deadlines and high-energy clients

• Familiarity with youth sports tournaments and seasonal schedules

• Good with computers, online booking tools and supplier coordination
